Label me

Hello !

It`s been a long time since i last made a blog post over here.

Subject in my photography project is moderate depression (own experience).

Project includes 5 photographs and shows different emotions what you go through while depressed.

I let photographs once again speak itself, project`s name is "Label me".

My goal with this photography project is to #StopTheStigma around mental health issues & encourage peoples to get help as soon as possible!

Hi!
once again it`s been awhile when i have made new blog post but now i`m going to tell what have been going on this month. I do my best to focus on things which includes photography and i`m sorry if i start to ramble something else. I hope you enjoy this update kinda post.

Pre- theather play photography

Couple weeks ago our class was asked to go to photograph theather class`s rehearsal. We photographed two long days it was tiring but very rewarding at the same time. Play`s name is "Uni huomisesta".

Own project ( update)

It have been frozen for awhile. Last week i get to that point that i`m 100% sure how i`m gonna get it done by may. I had clear idea about photos & the way how i present those. Now i have started to re-consider the format i have earlier decided to keep up on Instax mini 8 polaroids but i don`t know anymore & i have found photos i want to use in this project. Two months to go & just need to hope the best.

Clothing/fashion photoshoot ( april )

I have been feeling so great mentally lately that i volunteer to get to be part of one really wonderful project. One of my classmate & me are going to have an opportunity to do a clothing photoshoot. Subject is Mental health problems & neglect of the mental health patients. It`s quite close to my own project`s subject & i think it`s amazing to get to be part of this. I`m going to tell more later when we have done the whole thing or something.

This is what i have been doing this month & i don`t have any photos to add at the moment but i promise to add photographs later when i have right kind of r to add. This is all for now, sunny Easter to anyone who celebrates & everyone else just sunny days!

Update 2018 + photographs

Hi !
It`s been awhile since i have written a blog post over here. Own project have kept me quite busy and most of my time i have focused on that. I think now it`s good time to make some update over here and tell a little bit of what is going on? We had 4 weeks = 1 month to build own project idea and "concept " to the project. Just a reminder that i`m going to make blog post about my project where i tell everything or at least much more than now about it. I`m making photography project about mental illnesses (depression) and my goal with this project is to encourage everyone who is struggling alone in silence to get help as soon as possible and #StopTheStigma, what peoples still has about mental illnesses. Through my photos i try my best also to show depression as realistic it is and i`m going to include story to corroborate this exhibition. Only my own perspective and experiences with it. Cameras i use to this project: Instax mini 8 polaroid color films & monochrome films + Canon 600D EOS digital camera with polaroid(ish) settings.
